The Listening Party brings emerging vocalists, DJs and the wider London music community into one room to write, record and then perform original music. Nothing is prepared in advance. The songs do not exist until you make them.

The whole process is documented as it happens: the collaborations, the creative collisions, the false starts, and the human stories behind the music. Raw, real and unfiltered, then a live night that celebrates what came out of it.

A creative music series by Love and Escapism, a community for all creatives, made by creatives.

The sessions

Relaxed, pressure free rooms where you make a track from nothing. Some artists do one session, some do two: one on your own and one alongside somebody else. Either way there is a producer in the room with you.

• Four sessions running side by side at all times
• One or two sessions each, solo and duet
• A producer in every room, on both the solo and the duet
• A loose brief to start from, then it is yours

What you walk away with

Every room is filmed and shot properly. You leave with work for your portfolio and posts that go out as collabs, so the day keeps paying you back long after it ends.
